House Bill 3659
is now law in Illinois. On Thursday, 10 March 2011
Governor Pat Quinn signed the bill into law making Illinois
the 5th state to enact such law calling for Internet retail
sales to be taxed, even for businesses that do not have a
physical presence in the state.
