DATA STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Data storage is a critical part of any business infrastructure.  As a small business your data storage needs will be small and evolve as the company grow.  You don't to go out right away and buy expensive storage devices or services.  You can start with very inexpensive solutions and upgrade as the company grows.  A key feature you must consider is the ability to share access to the stored data and provide mobile workers with access to the data.

Another key element to consider is what will happen to your data if there was a disaster at your office location.  A disaster at your office location can destroy your data storage device and leave you with nothing if you data is not backed up off-site.  You should have an alternate site that your data is backed up to.  Data backup to the alternate site should take place at least twice daily.

When it comes to the type of storage you have four choices.
