semi-weekly basis.
Generally if you have a payroll tax liability under
$2,500 you may make annual payments. If your
tax liability is above $2,500 you have to file
monthly or semi-weekly.
Monthly payments are made on the 15th day of the
month for the preceeding month. Semi-weekly
payments are made on a Wednesday or Friday depending
on your payday.

Department of Treasury (IRS). Pay federal taxes electronically

Businesses and Individuals can pay all their federal
taxes using EFTPS. Individuals can pay their quarterly
1040ES estimated taxes electronically using EFTPS, and
they can make payments weekly, monthly, or quarterly as
well as schedule payments for the entire year in
advance.
