Manpower does not have to be people with special skills.  These are people with minimum skill sets that can help with menial or repetitive tasks that does not require special skills.

As an entrepreneur you have to wear many hats, but there comes a time when you have to recognize that it is more efficient and wise to get some helping hands. 

Shelling out some money to get some temporary help could end up being more profitable in the long run. 

Think of hiring temporary labor from time to time, and only when you need it.  You can negotiate a price that fits your budget.  This frees you up to focus your precious time and skills on more important tasks. 

Day Laborers You can hire people and pay them based on the hours worked.

Internship Program: Create Internship positions and setup an Internship program.  Interns can be on a paid or non-paid basis.  It is up to you.
